CISV Building Global Friendship is an international organization that has a chapter in Saskatoon.

We run programming through the year for youth and adults in Saskatoon to attend based on the CISV principals and educational content areas.

Statement of Educational Purpose:

CISV educates and inspires action for a more just and peaceful world

Educational Principles:

We appreciate the similarities between people and value their differences

We support social justice and equality of opportunity for all

We encourage the resolution of conflict through peaceful means

We support the creation of sustainable solutions to problems retaining to our impact upon eachother and the natural environment

Educational Content Areas:

Diversity, Human Rights, Conflict and Resolution and Sustainable Development

We beleive that if we start with the children they will grow into the leaders of tommorrow and they will be the agents of change.
